Former aide to immediate past President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has faulted the audio Sallah message credited to President Muhammadu Buhari by the Presidency.

The Presidency said on Sunday that Buhari, in the voice message “thanked Nigerians for their consistent prayers for his well-being.”

He also asked Nigerians to avoid hate speech and divisive tendencies capable of causing disaffection
among them.
Reacting to the audio message, Reno wondered why the President of Nigerian should choose to speak in a particular local language that only few will understand.
He wrote via his twitter handle, “President Buhari is the President of all Nigeria.
“He is not the President of only those who can speak/understand Hausa!
“This is an outrage!”
