Saudi Crown Prince Discusses Bilateral Ties with Japanese PM

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister, received on Tuesday a telephone call from Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

The two officials discussed bilateral relations and ways to bolster them in different fields.

Abe congratulated Prince Mohammed on his appointment as Crown
Prince and Deputy Prime Minister by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and his continued role as Defense Minister.

He also congratulated him on Eid al-Fitr, marking the end of the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
